The Flow chart include a few sections: 

1). Crusher    (to crush the materials into sawdusts or powders);       

2). Dryer    (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 10% - 15%)     

3). Pellet mill    (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 2 - 30mm, up to you)       

4). Cooling machine    (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);      

5). Sieving machine    (to remove the dusts and broken pellets)      

6). Packing machine    (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).

Characteristics of wood pellet machine

(1) vertical die, feeding vertically. No arching of raw material, easy for heating dissipation.

(2) die is fixed, the rollers rotates. Materials centrifugal, evenly distributed around.

(3) Double-layer dies, up and down dual-use, high capacity, saving energy.

(4) independent lubrication, high pressure filtration, clean and unblocked.

(5) Independent and frequency changeable cutting device, ensure formation rate of pellets.

spare parts oil automatically---- such as rollers, vertical shaft ,gears, bearings ,
but other common supplier pellet machine needs to add oil each four working hours, 

very trouble to operate. this technology got national patent.
